Intellectual Independence Policy

The Iraq Climate Change Center (IC3+) upholds strict intellectual independence in all its programs, publications, and public engagements.

All ideas, research, and initiatives developed by IC3+ are guided by our mission and implemented by our staff, fellows, advisors, and affiliated experts based on their professional expertise and independent judgment. The views expressed in any IC3+ publication, event, or project output reflect those of the individual authors or contributors and do not necessarily represent the institutional views of IC3+.

IC3+ does not adopt or advocate for any fixed positions on political, technical, or commercial issues. We are committed to open dialogue and diverse perspectives rooted in evidence-based inquiry and public interest.

We maintain full editorial and conceptual control over all content produced under our name, including that which is developed with the support of external donors or partners. As part of our commitment to transparency, IC3+ discloses funding sources in our annual reports or project documentation where applicable.

All supporters and partners are required to respect IC3+’s independence and agree not to influence the research direction, conclusions, or public messaging of the Center.
